"I have to move out the first room due to rush in the tub..the aecond room was okay...but felt something crawling on me ants..shake my head..will not stay again...only reason i stay didn't have extra money to go else where"

"Overall the hotel is nice! The staff was friendly, everything was very clean, but the beds absolutely suck. They are so hard and by the 2nd night my back was hurting so bad. Definitely needs softer beds. Other than that, I have no complains regarding the hotel! "

"Horrible experience I flew to Columbus for a funeral with a room booked at the Sonesta Simply Suite. Upon my evening arrival, the parking lot was pitch black at 9pm with no lights to be found. After finally arriving in the lobby, I was met by an employee who immediately stated they were overbooked. Her focus was merely to make sure I knew they had no room for me. After going back and forth with her, asking why there was no prior notification, she said that happens all the time with their system. Almost 400 miles from home with no room, i was very upset. I will never reserve another room here again. "

"The room was clean enough but the television would not turn off, the bathtub was not in the best condition and the faucet in the tub and sink had steady streams all the time. There was a partial power outage in the hotel and I will say that the staff did make sure we had a room with power for medical equipment. The door would not lock from the inside for extra security. Although it was not raining, there was water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway."

"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"The hotel as a whole was excellent. The pillows were kind of weird, we all woke up with stiff necks both days. Our friends stayed at the property as well and they also woke up with stiff necks. As a whole it was a good property to stay at."
