"So happy we were the first ones to stay at this new cabin rental. The area is beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. "Nestled in the neighborhood of Barrio Orbrero, this gem gives you a taste of local flavor and a sense of getting away from it all. The unit was very clean and surprisingly spacious for the square footage. When we arrived, the power was out in the neighborhood, but we didn't know b/c the unit is solar powered and had a back up battery. "More than it was expected. Very clean, comfortable. Very nice decoration with all amenities and more. Spacious. High end appliances. Nice parking. Near tourist places ...but you will need a car. A piece of Puerto Rican heaven

"This review is overdue. I went to Puerto Rico for the first time for my 50th birthday. It was a solo trip. The resort was great. The beachfront view was everything I didn't know I needed. The host ( Nasir) was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about him. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. My room was clean and inviting, breakfast was great and he was very knowledgeable about the area. Mina is also a fantastic furry hostess. If your looking for a relaxing place with laid back vibes, this is the place for you. Nasir is a great human with a wonderful, kind spirit. My trip there was so relaxing, I ended up staying the entire week there, when initially it was to only be 3 days. I'm already planning my trip next year! If your on the fence about staying there, I recommend going. You won't regret it. "

Casa Grande Mountain Retreat - Adults Only

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. It might also be helpful to request a room that overlooks the mountains and not the garden. The garden side is basically a wall of greenery, it’s nice but there’s no view or direct sunlight. This was one of the few places where the pictures are 100% accurate. My hotel room was cute, clean and comfortable. The restaurant has vegan options but is not vegan. This was a bit of a bummer because Im vegan and I ate most of my meals there. The menu was also the same everyday. So it became a bit “meh”. I went solo and I was not prepared for how terrifying the drive there would be. I rented a car and followed the instructions they emailed the day before. I do wish they’d e-mail that much earlier and more than once, I’m a planner and had printed directions in case my gps didn’t work only to find out from that email that the gps would likely be wrong and I didn’t have access to a printer. It added a bit of anxiety. The area is all blind turns and narrow roads, so be prepared! During 1 excursion I ended up on a 1 lane dirt road on a cliffside, I almost started to cry 😭 BUT I made it and you (probably) will too:) The pool was great and I got a massage that was lovely. Overall it was great! "

"It was as described on the site. Host was always in communication making sure we found everything to iur liking. Our only disappointment was it was not closer to the beach but not so far either. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent again if we come back. "
