"Excellent experience. The internet super good and roof top is shaded and perfect placer to do some work that we had to do. Working on vacation feel. Great food. Only tip: ask for inward facing room to avoid occasional street noise at night."

"This place was fantastic! The staff was so friendly, caring, and accomodating. Both my daughters stayed there and were delighted that they received a free welcome drink from the cafe, which had excellent coffee and baked goods. They loved how the towels were made into animals and placed on their beds, along with welcoming words spelled out in coffee beans on the beds. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room and the hotel are beautifully decorated. We all loved the rooftop terrace and the wonderful, friendly women that served us. It was also an excellent value. My daughters felt very safe staying there. They would stay there again and recommend to others! "

"I stayed at Zanzibar Palace Hotel from June 8 to June 10 and had an amazing experience. The hotel is full of character, with beautiful Zanzibari decor and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—close to all the sights, yet quiet at night. A true gem in Stone Town. Highly recommended!"
