"The hotel is well situated along a wide boulevard with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. The room was very nice and had a great view. What I liked was that it was across the street from a shopping mall that had everything that I needed - from dining, shopping, etc. There is also a McDonalds across the street. The staff was courteous and kind. Transportation is very accessible being along a busy boulevard. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Riad Mazar Fes is an oasis of calm and incredible beauty. The owner Hamid and staff were so kind and welcoming, giving us a tour of the exquisite palace (that’s honestly what it feels like) upon arrival, serving us delicious mint tea and breakfasts, and making helpful recommendations. We also dined in the Riad our first night and it was the best meal we’d had in Morocco. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and quiet and every bit as beautifully, intricately decorated as the courtyards. We loved waking up in the mornings to the gentle sounds of water in the fountain in the courtyard below. I don’t know if the photos of this place could ever do justice to how beautiful it is. Thank you to everyone at Riad Mazar for your genuine kindness and hospitality. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Nous avons fait un court arrêt à Fès pour se reposer mon fils et moi et nous n’aurions pas pu trouver mieux ! Fatiha et Mehdi nous reçoivent comme la famille: Aimables, aidants, honnêtes et attentionnés. Tout est propre et bien pensé. Le Déjeuner était savoureux . "Beautiful Riad, Terrible Service ​The Riad itself is exceptionally beautiful, and our room was nice. However, the service and organization were unprofessional and disappointing. They seemed to have forgotten our reservation, leading to a chaotic half-hour check-in delay and an unnecessary discussion about our prepaid status. My attempts to contact them beforehand about parking and directions were unanswered. ​The room was assigned with a dirty bathroom (hair from a previous guest), and it took several hours and multiple reminders to get it cleaned so we could shower. After all of this, the general staff's attitude was equally poor; they were unfriendly and often ignored our greetings. The only saving grace was the good breakfast and friendly kitchen and cleaning stuff."
