Clean, comfortable room. Overall the property was inviting and professionally run. Located right at the southern edge of the Old City, so access to the main restaurants as well as the Cathedral is a super easy stroll. 10-14 euro taxi ride to the Zaragoza train station.

Great location with parking & air con
Excellent location for ‘old Town’ & tourist interests. Easy to find. Parking under the hotel (although one way system to navigate)-17€ per 24hrs. Room was adequate with spacious shower/toilet. On 5th floor, but no real view! Air con was effective & welcome! Plenty choice for breakfast although bacon & scrambled eggs were NOT hot!

Well positioned modern hotel. Large comfortable rooms with air con and safe. Parking underneath hotel (paid). Breakfast weak. "Hot" food was stone cold and whereas even small bars provide freshly pressed orange juice, here it was not. Staff at the front desk were particularly helpful. Would stay here again.

Loved our room. We were on the six floor with a balcony. The only issue was that there was a building in front of us that we weren’t able to see the cathedral of Pliar. It was obstructed by a building.

This is a beautiful property with modern decour, but you can hear when the people around you are taking a shower or using the toilet. This is a deal breaker. I couldn’t get a good night sleep because of that.

Good location and recently renovated
This hotel is in a great location! It is near most of the sites in the city. It is easy to use the tram and buses. The hotel is clean and recently renovated. The only two issues that I have were: the pillows were too big to sleep on (better for sitting up in bed - firm and uncomfortable) and the air conditioning barely kept the room cool.

Perfect location!!!! Within walking distance to the Basilica and all the other attractions. (Farther walk to Al Jafaeria though) Our room was very nice and clean and breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice people and good, clean room. It was a bit noisy and they do not have washcloths. We asked for a double room and specified two guests, but were told upon check in that they only had a reservation for one guest. We made it work.

Perfectly ok, good price and location, it was just that the room was clinical and devoid of all charm, there was a second adjoining room with a large glass dining table and chairs, a writing desk with a chair and an armchair would have been much better.

The hotel is old but the room is refurbished. We got an accessibility room (didn’t ask for it). Although confortable, the shower was a mess, and all the bathroom got soaked. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk anyplace. Convenient parking in the hotel garage (16 EUR per night). Staff could be friendlier.

We enjoyed everything but the breakfast. Very poor selection of hot food. Cold plates. On the plus side the old town with lots of bars and cafes is very close and with a great atmosphere.
