Located next to the Ebro River and its river park, it has 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a panoramic terrace, community pool and 2 parking spaces (optional). A quiet area about 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Zaragoza: Plaza de El Pilar. Stay at El Balcón del Ebro and also discover its many surprises.
Located on the 5th floor with an elevator, it has 2 double bedrooms - one of them with a king size bed -, another with a trundle bed and a fourth room with a single bed and desk.More than 100 m2 of house with a large living room with views, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 terraces, one of them with magnificent views of the river and El Pilar.
The entire house is also equipped with air conditioning, individual heating and Wi-Fi. And within a recently built urbanization, with a swimming pool, playground and zero architectural barriers. It also has 2 optional parking spaces for guests from which you can go directly to the apartment.
LOCATION We are in a unique space to visit Zaragoza. A quiet and green area, but about 10 minutes walk from La Seo, El Pilar and the entire historic center of Zaragoza.A place to walk along the banks of the Ebro and easy access by car to get around the city and the area.
PARKING&MOBILITY New, quiet neighborhood, facing the Ebro River and 10 minutes from Plaza del Pilar on foot. There is space to park large vehicles in front of the accommodation and we have parking in the building at your disposal. Through the neighborhood on foot, with restaurants, supermarkets and cafes.
