House "Zásada", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2008. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Private: property 900 m2, meadow. Badminton, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m. Slopes 500 m, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 10 m, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: Cyklostezka Járy Cimrmana, pivovar 200 m, rozhledna Špičák 12 km, Jizerka 20 km, Aquapark Babylon Liberec 23 km, Ještěd 34 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tanvaldský Špičák 12 km, Harrachov 25 km, Rokytknice - Lysá Hora 25 km. Hiking paths: Černá Studnice (869 m) 6 km, Český ráj - Hrubá Skála 25 km, hrad Valdštejn 27 km. Please note: the pool is located behind the fence on the owner´s property, who uses the pool minimally and only in the absence of guests.

  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Sauberkeit

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Backofen nicht sauber, untern Doppelbett und an den Decken Staubflusen, Türen und Fenster undicht, Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer durchgelegen.
