Vacation of the extra class!! Feel good in the center of Zell am See and yet quietly located. The completely renovated house is located in a dream location of Zell am See. The ski lift "CityXpress" can be reached after only about 200 m, this takes you up to the Schmittenhöhe. The perfect starting point for a winter or summer vacation. The lake and the city center are also just a few minutes walk away.



The house has been renovated to a very high standard and with attention to detail. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine.

You can store your skis and mountain bikes in the spacious storage room, there is also a ski boot dryer. For the cars you have 2 parking spaces in the carport, 1 garage and 2 more outdoor parking spaces.



The villa consists of 2 units, these are divided as follows:
