In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 4 km, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, ski lift 5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 5 km. Please note: car recommended.
