"Our big surprise was that the loft was on the 4th floor so basically that was 8 flights of stairs with luggage. Perhaps we should have realized that there would be stairs sibce it wasva loft but we didn't. "This is a very new apartment with all new and modern appliances and finishings. It’s a wonderful space and perfectly central to everything in the city. It lacks a few things that are important however. Such as a towel holder in the toilet and bathroom, a shelf in the shower. There is plumbing downstairs for a 2nd toilet which we felt was very needed. Also during our stay was 26-30 degrees C. Without a/c, or fans, we had to open the windows day and night. "We have stayed here before and lives our stay both times. The only problem was finding parking last time, but it was solved during this visit. You can pay for cheap parking during check-in. "

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented. I get that Belgium has a thing for buying your linen, but they knew I was one person and outfitted all three beds and lots of towels. Lastly, they kept trying to charge me to take out the garbage but...

"The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. We had 2 small hand towels and 2 not so large ( medium ) bath towels for 2 for 8 nights ! It’s disgusting ! No hand towels in the...

Es liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, aber dafür gibt es reichlich Ohrstöpsel wenn es einen im Schlaf stört.
