Wenn ich abschalten will, gerne wieder

Die Wohnung in der Anlage ist absolut empfehlenswert, genauso die Anlage mit Pool und Sauna. Nur der Meeresblick entspricht nur bedingt der Realität. Man muss schon genau hinschauen. Aber der Blick sonst geht ins Grüne und der große Balkon an sich ist klasse. In der Wohnung ist alles, was für einen Urlaub notwendig ist und das in gutem Zustand. Leider hatte ich keinen Handyempfang in der Wohnung, was aber vermutlich eher an meinem Anbieter lag. Meine Tochter hatte vollen Empfang. Wir würden diese Wohnung bei dem Vermieter jederzeit wieder buchen, da auch die Kommunikation reibungslos klappte. Grüße aus Berlin D.W.

Spätsommer Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war manchmal etwas laut von der nahegelegenen Straße. Die Umgebung war auch prima. Leider wurden nach 5 Tagen unsere sehr teuren E-Bikes , trotz mehrfacher Sicherung von den Fahrradunterständen geklaut. Von daher würde ich einen abschließbaren Unterstand sehr empfehlen. Kurzurlaub Ostsee

Unser Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee, in Zempin, in ihrer Wohnanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Für unsere Enkel waren der Pool und die Sauna das HighLight. Auch die kurze Entfernung zum Strand fanden wir super.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr gefallen. Das Kinderreisebett dürfte mal erneut werden, da es sehr laut ist sobald sich das Kind drin bewegt und auch die Matratze dafür ist sehr hart. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Der Strand ist super innerhalb von ein 3 Minuten zu erreichen.

Auch beim 2.Mal wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Dieses Mal mit Blick in den Wald. Super schöne Terrasse. Der kurze Weg zur Ostsee mit Kindern ist total entspannt. Zwei super schöne Spielplätze ganz in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein dritter Aufenthalt ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Ich wollte Ruhe und Strandnähe. Die Einrichtung war sehr sauber und für eine Person super ruhig. Die Terasse sehr angenehm, weil schattig. Zur Südseite hätte man natürlich viel Sonne, das war nicht meins. So war ich sehr zufrieden. Schade, dass die Schwimmhalle erst ab 9 geöffnett war. Aber auch dort war es sehr sauber .Es gab anfangs kein WLAN. Aber auch das trug zur Ruhe bei.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der schicken und sauberen Ferienwohnung mit dem sehr geräumigen Balkon sehr wohlgefühlt. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn das Schwimmbad schon ab 08:00 Uhr geöffnet gewesen wäre. Der WLAN Empfang war tatsächlich sehr dürftig und die letzten Tage hatten wir gar kein Netz. Aber dafür konnten wir die Zeit umso mehr genießen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und Sauber, auch die Anliegende Sauna und das Schwimmbad waren sehr gepflegt. Die dort lebenden Personen alle samt sehr Freundlich. Alles in allem sind wir mit der Wahl unseres Domizils für den diesjährigen Urlaub sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Strand ist etwa 5min zu Fuß entfernt und das Meeresrauschen hört man auch am Abend auf dem wirklich sehr großen Balkon. Die Kommunikation rundum lief auch ohne Probleme ab. Lediglich der Empfang (WLAN/Mobile Daten) ist dort sehr dürftig. Aber man ist ja auch da um zu entspannen. Im kommenden Jahr sehr gerne wieder :)

Es war eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit einer guten Lage. Für einen Kurzurlaub war alles da für 2 Personen und gemütlich. Leider ist keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort und nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, aber gut möglich! Leider war es für 2 Erwachsene +1 Kind eine schlechte Wahl da uns zwei Schlafzimmer angegeben waren aber nur ein Doppelbett und mit Schlafmöglichkeit in der Wohnstube ( Sofa ) möglich war. Für 2 Erwachsene würden wir aber gerne wieder kommen. U. Schink

Aus entspannten Urlaub wurde Stress

Wir waren vor einigen Tagen Mieter in der Unterkunft und mussten leider die Wohnung wechseln aufgrund eines Defektes der Warmwasserversorgung. Dadurch verging leider über ein halber Urlaubstag zwecks der Klärung. Weder warmes Wasser, noch Druck kamen aus der Leitung. Das Problem scheint jedoch bekannt zu sein. Ein Mieter berichtete uns vor Ort darüber und auch die ein oder andere Rezension berichtet. Für uns absolut unvorstellbar wie solch ein Mangel bei der Endreinigung, bzw Abnahme der Wohnung nicht auffallen kann. Schlussendlich mussten wir alle Sachen wieder packen und die Wohnung wechseln. Beim Wechsel der Wohnung riss eine Halterung eines Plissees. Hierüber wurde die Hausverwaltung sofort in Kenntnis gesetzt. Der Vermieter, Herr Heinze, stellt uns dar als ob wir nichts gemeldet haben. Das dieser Schaden bezahlt/reguliert werden muss, steht außer Frage. Leider ist die direkte Kommunikation nicht machbar und man stellte uns sofort eine Rechnung und die Kaution mit der Begründung, dass wir etwas zerstört hätten und nicht gemeldet haben. Ganz großes Lob an Frau Blome, die uns weitergeholfen hat und sehr kompetent in der Abwicklung der Wohnungen war. Sehr nette Dame und hat sich vielmals entschuldigt für diese ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten.

Sehr schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir waren schon das 2. mal in diesem Objekt. Alles in Ordnung.Sauber,Gemütlich,großer Balkon mit Strand- korb.Ideal für Radausflüge.Die Fußbodenheizung ist sehr an- genehm.Wir haben das Hallenbad auch gern genutzt. Für Urlauber,die etwas Abseits des großenTrubels der 3 Kaiserbäder verbringen möchten Ideal.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist richtig, ohne Auto problematisch, da es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nur wenig Restaurants gibt. Kein Handyempfang im Haus, ganz schlechtes WLAN, Dusche ist lebensgefährlich, da von kalt auf siedend heiß ohne Betätigung der Armatur.
