Resort "Achterwasser". 7 houses in the residence. 28 apartments in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Zempin, on the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 13 km from the centre of Wolgast, 1.5 km from the sea, 300 m of lagoon. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The lawns in the complex are playgrounds, dogs are not allowed there.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Es ist schön ruhig . Leider ist die von uns gemietete Wohnung recht verlebt , aber nicht schmutzig gewesen . Die Möbel weisen teilweise starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Ansonsten sind in Zempin Geschäfte ziemlich rar , es gibt l keinen Lebensmittelladen .

Unklare Vermietungsverhältnisse

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet, allerdings etwas altbacken. Sie wirkt als wenn dort zeitweise eine ältere Person wohnen würde oder bis zu ihren Auszug.. gewohnt hat. Es gibt einige abgeschlossene Schränke auf denen privat steht und kitschige verstaubte Dekoelemente die in eine Ferienwohnung so nicht hineingehören. Für den Preis war das schon etwas enttäuschend. Zudem ging das Wlan nur in den frühen Morgenstunden.

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und die Position der Loggia mit Blick auf den Park super. Der Ort ist sehr besonders durch seine Lage zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser und die Landschaft ist ein Kleinod.

Gut ausgestattet, aber...

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in der Fewo. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf einen Fön findet man alles, was man braucht und einige Küchenutensilien mehr. Allerdings ist alles zusammengewürfelt und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die letzte Renovierung ist also schon einige Jahre her. Zudem ist es optisch auf dem ersten Blick sauber, aber leider nur oberflächlich. An vielen Stellen ist nur grob sauber gemacht worden. In vielen Ecken befanden sich Spinnen usw. Leider keine 3 Sterne mehr.

Urlaub in Zempin

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in Zempin und demzufolge etwas verwöhnt. Wir wissen das wir keine großen Ansprüche stellen können, da wir immer mit Hund reisen. Aber alle Fenster sind verzogen und schließen nicht richtig. Das Geschirr war voller Ränder und ich habe das Geschirr erst einmal spülen müssen. Der Teppich im Wohn-und Schlafbereich weist extrem viele Flecken auf. Wie gesagt, wir stellen keine großen Ansprüche, aber eine Grundsauberkeit muss vorhanden sein.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Wir wollten mit unserem Hund den Jahreswechsel ruhig und stressfrei verbringen,was dort sehr gut möglich war.Die Lage am Achterwasser und im alten Dorfkern(hier darf eigentlich auf Grund der Schilfdächer gar nicht geknallt werden) garantiert Ruhe und Naturerlebnis.Es sind hier viel weniger Menschen unterwegs,als am Strand.Trotzdem ist der Strand in gut zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Der kleine Ort Zempin ist noch nicht so überlaufen wie die großen Seebäder.Diese sind aber mit der Bäderbahn gut erreichbar.Auch ohne Auto ist man hier mobil.Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gern wieder.

Unterkunft war super.- auf der Couch fehlten große Kissen, die Kissen im Schrank war dafür untauglich Reisetipps: Mit USB (Usedombäderbad) sind alle Bernsteinbäder, Kaiserbäder erreichbar, auch Greifswald + Stralsund + Peeneminde- Wanderungen an Ostseestrand, Achtwasser, Dünenweg (Leider ist der Imbiß Utkrich an der Steilküste durch Sturmflut Jan 2017 abgerissen, aber die Betreiber haben einen Imbißstand am Kurpark - super, Edeka in Zempin, Zinnowitz gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit

Die Wohnung ist super geschnit...

Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten. Der Balkon hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es ist ruhig und man sieht auf eine schöne grüne Oase Im Ort alles zu finden (Supermarkt, eine Poststelle, Bäcker und den Bahnhof zum UBB).Die Wohnung hat Gebrauchsspuren: Müssten mal überarbeitet werden.Wasserflecken im Wohnzimmer, der Glasrahmen in der WO–ZI–Tür ist oben ausgerissen und auf dem Teppich sind Flecken .WLAN war auch nicht verfügbar. Reisetipps: Die UBB fährt regelmäßig zu den Kaiserbädern und bis Swinemünde.In Mellenthin ein schönes Wasserschloß mit einen netten Cafe.Fischbrötchen gibt es auch leckere in Karlshagen.
