Fantastisch

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Top Ausstattung der Wohnung, top Ausstattung des Objekts, top Sauberkeit, perfekte Parkplatzgestaltung. Die Lage ist super - Ostseestrand und Achterwasser in der Nähe; Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig erreichbar oder in der näheren Umgebung. +Die Wohnung war sehr nett. Es war alles da was man brauchte und man fühlte sich wohl. -Was meine Stimmung allerdings immer sinken lies, war der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche. Man hoffte immer genügend Wasser zu haben um sich abduschen zu können.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub,saubere Zimmer, günstige Lage zum Strand.Einziger Mangel,die angepriese ruhige Lage entsprach nicht dem online Auftritt. Hauptstraße und Bahnlinie liegen sehr nah .

Kurzurlaub im März

Er war ein schöner Kurzurlaub. In der kühleren Jahreszeit ist es schön ; nach einem Spaziergang eine Sauna und einen kl. Pool in der Unterkunft zu haben. Wir haben es genutzt. Die Ruhe im Haus und die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend.

Im Schlafzimmer ist kein Fenster, nur eine Dachluke. Bei Ankunft war es sehr stickig und warm in der Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Im Haus gibt es ein Schwimmbad und Sauna. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner die gegen Entgelt genutzt werden können. Es ist sehr ruhig im Haus, Fahrräder können untergestellt werden und Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Einziges Manko ist die Nähe zur Hauptstraße, diese hört man doch sehr, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Der Strand ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage. Vor allem das Schwimmbad und Sauna im Keller sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist in ca 5 min zu erreichen, wir haben die Zeit da sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Komfort

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es Fliegengitter an beiden Balkontüren gibt u. komplette Außenjalousien! Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mikrowelle wäre noch schön gewesen u. eine Teekanne, weil wir keine Kaffeetrinker sind, aber wir sind auch so gut über die Runden gekommen. Spielesammlung war ausreichend vorhanden - sehr gut für unseren Sohn!

Ruhiges Ferienapartmenthaus

Ruhig am Dünenwald gelegen. Manchmal hört man den Zug. Anlage ansonsten sehr sauber gehalten. Wohnung mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Es sind überwiegend ältere Menschen sowie Eigennutzer im Apartmenthaus. Umgebung sehr schön in Richtung Zinnowitz durch den Wald oder am Strand lang. Zur Erholung ein schöner Ort.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Die Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohn-Esszimmer (Schlafcouch) war zum Sitzen unbequem. Die Dame von der Hausverwaltung dürfte etwas freundlicher und entgegenkommender sein.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit super Lage

Schönes Appartment, gute Lage zum Strand, auch super, dass man bei schelchtem Wetter im Pool kann Etwas schade ist, dass das Schlafzimmer nur ein Oberlicht hat, was sich bei Regen schließt und man nicht lüften kann

Super Ferienwhonung

We had an excellent experience with this Ferienwhonung. Very practical, comfortable and exactly as described. We enjoyed our time here and also the private pool and sauna on the few rainy days we had. The access to the beach is very close by We definitely will book this place again in our future trips to the Ostsee
