SWA was not able to rebook flights until the next night at 7:30pm. Hotels.com wanted to charge for a late cancellation fee on 2/24/26 due to failure to cancel at least 48 hours and the Holiday Inn Express in Lake Tahoe would not waive the charge. "The Forest Suites is in a Great Location. You can walk, in ski boots, to the Gondola in less than fuve minutes. The daily breakfast, which is included in the resort fee, is pretty good with Real scrambled eggs with sausage/bacon, hash browns, etc."
