Welcome to Gabriel's Getaway, a newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in the private Skyland community in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. This spacious home is perfect for families and groups looking for a comfortable Lake Tahoe getaway with access to a private community beach.

Outdoor Space & Beach Access
Enjoy the fenced backyard and outdoor furniture during the warmer months. Guests also have access to the private Skyland community beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Tahoe.

✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Please park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings. Celebrations, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise during these hours.
✦ Responsible guest: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
