Very clean and spacious place. We had a really comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and also really appreciated the garage door opener (it’s the little things).The property rental company sends A LOT of comms (via email and text). It’s nice but different information was provided in different messages, making it a little hard to reference or know which was the correct information. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The place was awesome, ample room and immaculate! Communication with property manager was excellent. Only issue we encountered was not able to get hot water in master shower and other en suite bathroom shower. The tub with shower had hot water.

Great location and amenities!

We just finished a 3 night stay at this property in Round Hill (Zephyr Cove) & were so pleased with everything about the home. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms which means everyone has their own bathroom & was great! The quiet cul-de-sac location & neighborhood were wonderful for walking with a baby in a stroller & our dog. There are trails all around the outside of the neighborhood for extra walks/hikes. We were so close to the beach (5 mins), Edgewood where the guys played golf (5 mins) & grocery shopping in the front of the neighborhood. There was plenty of space in the home & it was furnished well, bright & updated. To top off the trip last night we watched a bear walking right through the cul-de-sac which was pretty exciting! I highly recommend this home!

The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms that worked well for our group. Once inside, the house felt inviting and was a nice place to unwind after being out in the snow.Getting into the house was mostly fine, though the stairs leading up were snow-covered, which made entering the house initially a bit challenging. The keypad battery was low and took a few tries, but being able to use the garage once inside was a big plus. Having a keypad on the garage door could make access even easier, especially during winter stays. There are also quite a few stairs inside from house to garage, so something to keep in mind when packing and unloading.The kitchen was functional, though it could use a few more basic spices. We picked up some items like ginger and garlic and left them for future guests.We really appreciated the fenced-in yard, which was great for letting the kids play in the snow. The location is also very convenient—close to town, restaurants, and places to grab supplies.It appeared the home had recently changed ownership, and a few instructions hadn’t yet been updated. Communication with the Luxe agents was a bit slow at times, but everything was ultimately resolved.Checkout is at 10:00 a.m., which is earlier than many places, so just be aware of that. Overall, this was a good vacation, and we enjoyed our time here.
