Nestled peacefully amid majestic pines, this home is just around 3 minutes from the heart of the South Lake Tahoe town, where you can enjoy the Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, restaurants, shops, casinos, a fabulous golf course, bikeways, wonderful beaches, the famous Emerald Bay, and much more. You'll also find groceries and local restaurants within walking distance.

This bright, breezy home sleeps up to eight guests (seven adults and one child). It offers all the comforts you love, including large-screen TVs with surround-sound entertainment system, WiFi, a fantastic fully-equipped kitchen, water-jet tub and sauna in the master bedroom, and gas fireplaces for ambiance. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor private parking, the in-home laundry facilities, and take advantage of the summer pool, year-'round jacuzzi, clubhouse propane grill, table tennis, a cozy clubhouse fireplace room...and tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts whenever snow levels permit.
