Private Hot Tub Near Round Pond & Sunday River

"The place is amazing. Your neighbor is close but if you’re lucky like we were you didn’t even know they were there. Very close to the lakes and only a 5 minute drive to Bethel to stores if needed. Everything was clean and labeled which was nice. Lots of extras. My only complaint and it’s minor is I was hot at night. The AC unit didn’t cool it off as much as I was hoping. Bring a little fan if you like it chilled at night. Outside of that it was perfect. Hot tub was amazing and clean. Fire pit area was clean with fire starters to help get your fire going. Bring your own wood. The outside lights set a nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place to others and already have! Also the host responded to all my questions very quickly!"

"Property was perfect. Power went out in the area due to a storm and we didn’t miss a beat with the automatic back up generator. Everyone else in the area was out of power but we were perfectly fine. Best deal in those mountains bar none."

"Beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful environment. Lots of nature and wild berries for the picking. The kids saw a rabbit hopping around the yard, which they loved. The house was 4/5 stars because the cleaning done before we got there wasn’t 100% effort, but it was close. Besides this, we had a good stay."
Lakefront Escape w/ Dock, Water Toys & Grill

"A beautiful lakefront property with lots of sleeping, entertainment space and stocked well with towels, linens, kitchen supplies, outdoor games and several canoes and kayaks and life vests; foosball table- everything you need really to have a great stay. The hosts are wonderful and highly responsive. They had the cleaning crew set up bedrooms with kings and twin beds exactly as we needed them for our annual college family reunion. The house was clean. I docked it a single cleanliness star because there were empty beer containers and a few bits of trash down by the fire pit and waterfront on arrival, and I had to sweep and wipe down the outside dining deck, table area before we could use it. But the hosts are super receptive to helping fix any problems and making your stay comfortable. The nearby town is quaint, has a small grocery store and EV chargers if needed. We had a wonderful stay here, and highly recommended it for families and friends of all ages."

"The home was as advertised, super clean, and well appointed with everything you need. The views are incredible and sitting on the dock was so relaxing. We unfortunately had rain, but still enjoyed our time there. Katie is responsive and helpful. Will definitely consider it again."

"We've stayed at a few rental homes, this one was the best so far (: The location is relatively good, youre able to see a lot of the rustic charm the area has to offer. We appreciated the amenities, the privacy, and overall comfort and coziness. No complaints. Won over my critic spouse and our daughter had a lovely time as well."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—even better in person. The gas fireplace was relaxing, the pool table made for lasting family memories, and the location was perfect for our 3 days of snowboarding at Sunday River. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!""
