    This holiday house enjoys a beautiful and quiet location. It is on the edge of the forest with an open view of a pond about 150 metres away. The house was comprehensively renovated in 2013.

    The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The site (ca. 2500m²) is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. The forest behind it (ca. 1.5 hectares) belongs to the owners and can be used by children as an adventure playground.

    The ground floor of the house, around 45m², consists of a living room with a fireplace, a TV and a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, an oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms. The larger bedroom (17m²) has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. The smaller bedroom (10m²) has two single beds, as well as a balcony with an open view of the landscape.

    The Elbe is about 15 minutes away by car. The Elbe is a dream for paddlers. You can go fishing at the nearby lake (guest fishing permit possible) and also swimming, with a bit of courage. The Silent Corner Western Ranch (2km away) provides ambitious riders attractive facilities. It is a ten-minute walk to a restaurant and hotel. The Wörlitzer Gartenreich, the culture and Bauhaus city of Dessau and the Luther town of Wittenberg are easy to get to from here. You can walk along the Lutherweg from here.

    Garitz is on the edge of Fläming, ideal for cycling and walking. Garitz is the portal to the Fläming nature reserve. The holiday house is right by the Fläming cycle path (100 metres).

Gemütliches kleines Haus

Schon der erste Blick auf das schnuckelige Haus bei der Ankunft war positiv. Nachdem die Zäune im Garten inspiriert und für hundesicher eingeschätzt wurden, betraten wir über eine geschmackvoll geflieste große Terrasse unsere Unterkunft. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht; genauso wie es die VormieterInnen auch schon berichteten. Die Sitzecke ist anders als auf den Fotos im Angebot: eine grüne Ledersitzecke mit Sessel lädt zum gemütlichem Teil des Tages ein! Das Badezimmer ist der Hingucker schlechthin! Sehr schick! Vielleicht wäre eine höhenverstellbare Handbrause an der Duschstange noch mal eine Investition wert, denn nur mit dem Regenduschkopf von oben ist nicht ganz einfach zu duschen ohne die Haare nass zu machen! Der obere Bereich ist über eine hübsche Holztreppe zu erreichen. Die Stufen sind bequem begehbar. Der begrenzte Raum im Spitzdach ist optimal genutzt und für Kurzurlaube reicht der Stellplatz für Koffer, Taschen und Klamotten allemal. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles ist da vom Eierlöffel bis zum riesigem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen (inkl. Auflagen) und Grill ausgestattet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Blick geht ins Grüne! Mir fehlte ein Handlauf an der Treppe von der Terrasse zum Ausgang, das wäre vielleicht noch mal eine Anregung für den Vermieter. Für uns Hundemenschen war die Lage ideal. Weit ab vom Trubel konnten wir direkt vom Haus aus Gassirunden (um den nahegelegenen See) unternehmen.
