  • The modern holiday home in Swedish style was completely completed in May 2015 and is located on a beautiful property by the lake. The North Sea coast is only a 15-minute drive away.

    The 90 m² living and usable space are cozy and offer plenty of space. The open living and dining area belongs to the living and usable area. There is a free-standing oven here. In addition, the living and dining area is equipped with a TV-SAT and with WiFi.

    Since the holiday home is on two floors, you will find the two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds) on the upper floor. The bathroom is at ground level with a barrier-free shower and a toilet and two sinks.

    The holiday home also has a covered veranda.

    The red house is designed for 6 people, that has another bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The house costs 100.00 € / night and is 100 square meters.

    Arrival is possible from 12 p.m., departure until 1 p.m.

    Children's playground is available on the property and the parking lot is right next to the holiday homes.
