modern family-friendly Sweden house right on the lake

The modern holiday home in Swedish style was completely completed in May 2015 and is located on a beautiful property by the lake. The North Sea coast is only a 15-minute drive away.

The 90 m² living and usable space are cozy and offer plenty of space. The open living and dining area belongs to the living and usable area. There is a free-standing oven here. In addition, the living and dining area is equipped with a TV-SAT and with WiFi.

Since the holiday home is on two floors, you will find the two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds) on the upper floor. The bathroom is at ground level with a barrier-free shower and a toilet and two sinks.

The holiday home also has a covered veranda.

The red house is designed for 6 people, that has another bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The house costs 100.00 € / night and is 100 square meters.

Arrival is possible from 12 p.m., departure until 1 p.m.

Children's playground is available on the property and the parking lot is right next to the holiday homes.
A washer and dryer are available for a small fee.

Beautiful house, amazing surroundings. Very relaxing
The house was very complete! Equippet for warm summer and cold winter days. The house is just perfect. You can stay there and enjoy, no need for visiting other things around if you dont feel like. There are 4 houses in total on a spacious plot, with loads of green around. Wich makes it an very pleasant, private and relax environment. Also the house and surroundings are excellent for families with children. There is for example an beautiful lake with beach just 2 minutes away from the house. Or an very nice little playground. Also the owners are very helpfull, friendly and always available for questions. They even went for fresh bread every morning for us! All in all a very nice experience, in the North of Germany.

Lovely place with beautiful nature surroundings. Very close to the lake and the sandy beach. We stayed in the 'red house' which was spacious for 6 persons. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Schönes, gut eingerichtetes,gemütliches Haus in einer reizvollen, am See gelegenen sehr ruhigen ländlichen Umgebung. Freizeitaktivitäten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden und per Auto schnell und leicht erreichbar. Das grüne Haus, in dem wir zu zweit Weihnachten und Neujahr verbracht haben, hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir es sehr empfehlen können. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herausragend großartige Service der gastgebenden Familie. Nicht nur, dass uns ein toller Weihnachtsbaum ins Wohnzimmer gestellt wurde, sondern auch Dinge wie kostenfreies Kaminholz und morgendlicher Brötchenservice waren einige Highlights. Auch sollte man das in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft vorhandene Landcafe nach vorheriger Terminabsprache besuchen, um z.B. Tee und Kaffee zu genießen. Der auf Wunsch von der Seniorchefin gebackene Kuchen ist einfach nur lecker; wir sagen nur Apfelstreuselkuchen! Auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal unser Kompliment sowie unseren Dank an die Gastgeber.

Schöne Häuser
Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, sauber und schön. Der Brötchenservice ist ein sehr praktischer Bonus. Die Lage ist gut, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung an die umliegenden Städte, aber auch Zetel selbst ist schön und bietet zB auch unterschiedliche Gastronomie. Die Vermieter sind nett, rückversichern sich, dass alles in Ordnung ist und bieten bei Fragen unkomplizierte Kommunikation an.

Schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage in der Nähe eines Sees. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, um auch selbst zu kochen. Internet/WLAN sehr gut, Videostreaming etc. gut möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

So kann man das Jahr beginnen
Vielen Dank! Wir haben keine 24h vor Ankunft gebucht, sind in ein sehr sauberes, voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gekommen und wurden von den Vermietern nett begrüßt. Es war Erholung pur für uns Erwachsene und Aktion für die Kinder. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!
