Problemlos auch mit Hund - Sauber 👍

Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und einen großen Hund (Alaskan Malamute) eine Nacht gebucht! Zuerst sind wir bei dem falschen Hotel angekommen, wurden aber von der freundlichen Rezeptionistin darauf hingewiesen, dass wir gegenüber in dem Hotel Picaro gebucht haben. Also schnell über die Autobahn auf die andere Seite. Problemlos direkt vor dem Hotel einen Parkplatz gefunden, an der Rezeption angemeldet, Schlüsselkarte und Zimmernummer bekommen, mit Visa gezahlt und schon konnten wir in unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, hatte ein modernes Badezimmer im Zimmer, ein großes Fenster, Fernseher. Es stand Wasser zu trinken auf dem Zimmer, Handtücher usw. waren frisch und sauber... Unser Hund hat es sich direkt auf seiner Decke gemütlich gemacht! Wir waren zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍

Hôtel très propre. Bonne literie, accueil sympathique. Idéal pour étape, restaurant et épicerie + station service sur place. Dommage que le jour ou j'y ai séjourné un camion pompe en face de ma chambre a 7h du matin m'a réveillé.

je recommande ceux groupe

le prix de la chambre etais correcte, je connais depuis plusieurs année ce groupe jusqu'à aujourd'hui il était toujours au top, la j'ai était très surprise de voir une salle de bain avec un dégâts des eaux au plafond juste au dessus de la douche le plafond était noir pourtant je sais que le grand patron du groupe tient a cœur d'avoir tout ses hôtels au top. donc ces surement un des seuls a avoir une tel chambre. les picaro hotel sont au top normalement. je recommande toujours ceux groupe.

Autobahn Hotel Fenster kann man wegen dem Lärm nicht öffnen. keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. 28.07.18 ca. 36 Grad heiss nyachts immer noch 25 Grad. Zimmer ok, heller Teppichboden leider mit vielen Flecken. Frühstück im öffentlichen Restaurant mit Gutschein.

Poziom obsługi, zaangażowanie, kultura, wiedza, kompetencje i chęć załatwienia sprawy przez recepcjonistkę nieakceptowalny. Pani nie obchodzi na jakich warunkach został zarezerwowany hotel, bo dzisiaj są takie ceny i trzeba dopłacić. Temat, bardzo profesjonalnie, choć po prostu normalnie, załatwiony przez recepcję z drugiego hotelu. Oprócz tej wpadki, wszystko w porządku.

Przystanek w podróży

Pobyt w hotelu to przystanek w dalekiej podróży. Położenie przy autostradzie bardzo komfortowe, hotel również. Pierwszy raz skorzystałam z tego noclegu i będę korzystać w przyszłości, polecę go również znajomym.

We stayed for 1 night only. The room was clean and tidy although no air con nor fan in the room. This is a problem particularly when weather is over 35 degrees. The breakfast was alright for the price. All in all i would recommend it.

we had a very nice 3 bed room. Great breakfast. It's a little confusing that this hotel has multiple locations. we went to the wrong one but the receptionist was able to honor our reservation.
