"The bar service was disappointing due to limited stock. After selecting a beer from the menu, we were told only one bottle was available in the entire building. We then tried to order sparkling wine, only to be told that was out of stock as well. It was frustrating to see a full menu but have so few of the items actually available for purchase."

It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era. Our room was comfortable, spacious and with good amenities and comforts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended while in Xian."
