very helpful staff. specially the manager who helped to arrange transportation to the bus station. location was good close to the malls and lake.

Room service staff didn't take the tips,and said that is their duty to clean the room to comfort customers.it is my first time so lucky to meet an enthusiastic & honor staff, make me more security.hotel location is perfect, near bus station to out town,the lake, city bus stop.front Desh staffs very polite and helpful.it really make you feel at home.

房間很寬敞，床很舒服，潔淨度中上。唯一美中不足是提供充電的位置不多，如果要燒熱水或用風筒插頭只剩一個，一人還可以，如果二人以上同住便不夠用。那個USB插頭供電不穩定，放棄了直接用兩腳插頭。

市中心的便捷舒適酒店
酒店距離七星岩風景區徒步約30分鐘，旁邊不遠處有長途巴士前往室內其他景區或市外，附近交通便利，但要注意酒店外端州四路日夜擁堵，出門需額外預算時間。對面有兩個大型商場，附近食店林立，飲食消閒不缺。 酒店雖然位於市中心大街，但酒店內部隔音優良不會感覺到店外市區的嘈雜，房間面積大有衣櫃，浴室寬敞乾淨。洗髮露沐浴露用品牌產品，比一般酒店高級。 服務員工懂粵語，態度殷勤。不諳普通話旅客不妨考慮入住。 稍為希望酒店方改進一下淋浴間下水道不暢的問題。另外提供的按摩拖鞋有點過硬不太舒適。
