"Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. "The room is huge and the bathroom is a luxury! Bed is comfortable and this is the only hotel that gave me the best sleep! Good privacy and quiet within the hotel. Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. "

"Really wonderful stay during my business trip. All staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping and gym) were very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and great amenities. Could have travelled without bringing any toiletries. Took a single bed room option and bed was very comfortable and big enough for me (1.83m) to sleep comfortably. Great gym equipment and actually my outdoor runs along the beach or around the lake was nicer then an indoor treadmill. Will definitely chose the Hilton @ Zhoushan for my next trip here"
