Must Stay Hotel for Convenience and Comfort

Clean & Tidy 5 Star New Hotel at Zhuhai. Perfect Location for Eat, Drink, Play at the nearby FuWah Lane Area. Rooms are quiet and clean. Have a decent sleep overnight. Receptionist s are nice, friendly and efficient. I checked in for 10 rooms for my family and took less than 15 minutes. They also explained everything in details and have converted smoking floor to non-smoking floor and make sure no smell in rooms. Breakfast were included in our room rate and it is buffet style with very good quality. The bar downstairs also opened till 3 a.m. which is a bonus compared to No Bar at St. Regis Zhuhai.

Overall, the hotel was okay with fairly decent rooms and Soso amenities. The fitness room and the pool were substandard. The pool was closed actually. The staff were friendly enough, especially in the lunch and breakfast area.

Room is spacious and the entire check-in checkout process is silky smooth. Unfortunately the breakfast hall is terribly crowded, and you are all on yourself to find a seat. It is more like a food court in the school.

在其他城市住過鉑爾曼，今次的體驗最差 訂了兩大一小分享一個雙床房，毛巾兩套，拖鞋兩套 風筒按紐壞的，要拔插電源來開關 房間內只有洗手間有紙巾 作為一家收取premium比其他酒店貴一點的定位的酒店，不值這個價格

環境10分污糟，房間冷氣不足，內部結構殘舊，所有設施都是維修。所以沒有設施提供，浪費金錢及時間沒有一個愉快旅程享受
