Breakfast was acceptable but not great. The staff are very nice and helpful. One thing that I will warn others of- we ask staff to get us a taxi to get to the airport and we prepaid 90 yuan. When we got into the taxi we found out that the taxi fare was 60 yuan, so the hotel charged us a 50% markup for just calling the taxi. The actual cost is insignificant to me, but it’s the principle that bothers me.

My stay on April 10 was quite unpleasant due to leakage in the bathroom of Room no 1420. Incredibly lucky this time, I came across the same problem in Room number 1722. The problem has been brought to the attention of the GSM, Ms Amanda who has been found helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaint. I believe the hotel should further check and make efforts in prevention of any recurrence. Nevertheless, thanks to Amanda for her good customer caring efforts.

Unfortunately, the female staff assisting me did not address the noise or attempt to minimize the disturbance. While her service was otherwise professional, the lack of action in that moment impacted the efficiency and comfort of the check-in process. I hope the team can be more mindful of maintaining a quieter environment for guests, especially during important interactions.
