"An excellent hotel. Lots of amenities, wonderful service staff and a great location in Hsinchu. Next to the East Gate, restaurants, brewery and markets. Rooms were clean and any issues were immediately taken care of by management. Would stay here again."

They can contact clients using Whatsapp or Line! The room is quite old but clean. The towels quite old as well. I can see that they are renovating the rooms. Hope will be done soon!"

"By the time I entered the hotel lobby I was regretted to book this hotel. Messy presentation. Room is terrible with wet smell. Bathroom mold everywhere. Breakfast very depressed compared with other hotels in Taiwan, they present a menu let you choose one day in advance and they ordered from a restaurant early in the morning, when the time you have your breakfast becomes chilled. The one star I give is because they have free laundry. "
