"Kind owner, also the place looks exactly like in the pictures. But the missing parts of this experience are so bad that the positive cancels out. I had a stay of 3 days and the tv wasn’t working, the electricity went out constantly and I wasn’t able to use the necessities that I paid for during this stay. Not the air conditioning, not the oven, not the stove, not the tv. For this short amount we don’t have time for such big mistakes that takes the whole stay to fix, I am deeply disappointed....

Esternamente la casa si presenta come una palazzina un po' datata, ma appena si entra nell' appartamento si ha l' effetto "Wauuuu" Nei dintorni ci sono ottimi locali per l'aperitivo e ristoranti buonissimi per cenare. Parma è raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti così come altre località da visitare. Se dovessi tornare...

"Our stay was fine. The hotel itself preserves much of the time period it strives for. The room was inviting and the bathroom was very good. We were on the 6th floor and the A/C unit was tucked into a corner. The room did not cool off very well at all."
