"Nice hotel with comfortable location and nice service. Breakfast was generous and delicious."

"Great place to stay in Polanica! Will come back again!!"

"Great location right next to the park and very good and friendly service. "

"Great price for what you get. Overall excellent. "

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Nice building, nice area, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice room, very good breakfast"

"Twin beds are so damn small for 4 star hotel no no no "

"The hotel was amazing and the stuff were do respectfull."

"My husband & I love staying at Dr. Irena Eris Hotel. We truly enjoy being there."

"Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

"Clean, comfortable, warm; excellent restaurant with an amazing view. I highly recommend!"

"Very central location, clean and spacious rooms. Only 2 points to improve: breakfast is very simple and no towel hanger in the bathroom. Everything else is perfect."

"Authentic place to stay!"

"We can’t say enough about this property!! The people, the food, great bar, with a wonderful vibe. We stayed two nights while we explored adraspach rocks. If you haven’t heard of the look them up!! It’s a magical place with wonderful kind people. "

"Great aparthotel directly at the feet of ski lift. Dream location in the winter, considering parking for free it’s a bargain, great for summer, biking or hiking. 30 min from Kłodzko, 40 min from Miedzygorze so really close everywhere. AMAZING pool outside and inside, whirlpools, baby pools and slides! Nice hotel bar, although wine sold only in bottles (not glasses) but hearty cocktails. Nice restaurants (Hubertus and Puchaczowka) 5 min away. Altogether great place to start holiday from and visit...
