Good location for walking downtown and catching public transport. Not in a loud area. Rooms are clean and have a fridge. There is no in-room coffee but coffee in the morning in the lobby. Most front desk staff helpful. The $10 food credit was nice in theory but no food for someone with celiac. Both the restaurant and bar claimed I was getting gluten-free modifications, and both times I was later sick.

Nice location, quiet, good breakfast and dinner, clean

At best, this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms were worn, with stained furniture, peeling leather chairs, and a run-down bathroom with a clogged bathtub. The biggest issue was the noise. Ongoing street construction made every passing car sound like a gunshot, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Hotel did offer ear plugs and noise canceling machine… Room service is only available in the morning, and there aren't any convenience stores nearby. However, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including a good restaurant on the property. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its rating, and I wouldn't stay here again. DO NOT USE THE SELF PARKING LOT NEXT TO HOTEL ON CORNER OF 11th/ALDER! Several cars were broken into when we stayed there on several nights. USE HOTEL VALLET!
