Hotel quality is down to 0. No hospitality. Poor pro service. Poor food qualuty. Group faced the following issues. pillows , iron box not provided. No hot aater Ac problems Checkin delay. Poor sports and swimming facilities Lots can be mentioned.

There was zero communication from the property manager about where to go, when to arrive and so on. Attempts to reach them via the Vrbo messaging system yielded nothing. We ended up driving around the town, trying to figure out where we should start the tour, and we eventually had to book a stay ...
