Casa Apsara: 3-Bedroom Beachfront Villa on Rare Coastline

    Casa Apsara is a secluded 3-bedroom beachfront villa on one of Mexico’s most distinctive stretches of Pacific coastline. Architect-designed using traditional Mexican building techniques and materials, the home belongs to an interior designer, with every detail thoughtfully considered.

    The property was created as a place to retreat—to swim, surf, read, work, create, entertain, or simply disappear for a while.

    The dramatic double-height vaulted main house opens to deep, shaded hacienda-style terraces and an expansive 3-lot-wide beachfront garden. A spectacular oversized swimming pool features a 50-foot lap lane, 8-foot-deep center, and generous shallow lounging platforms. Indoor and outdoor audio systems extend throughout the property. The property is fully air-conditioned, and also includes a two-car garage and generator.

    The third bedroom is located in a detached guest house/office, which makes Casa Apsara particularly suited to longer stays and creative retreats. It includes a desk and two twin beds that double as sofas, Ideal for couples, entrepreneurs, writers, artists, and anyone looking for private place to work and recharge.

    The property is supported by Eli, our experienced bilingual house manager, Felix, our gardener, and Naty, our weekly housekeeper. Optional services can also be arranged for an additional charge, including airport pickup, grocery shopping, daily housekeeping, and fresh coconut water.

    Good-to-Know: The Zihuatanejo/airport is a 20 minute drive from the home. Rental cars are recommended and easy to arrange at airport. Our house manager, Eli, will still meet you at the airport, direct you to the home, and get you set up at the rental.
