This Casita has a studio plan, solar hot water, a built in BBQ grill with 2 burners. The queen size bed has individual controlled reading lamps. A large safe that all your valuables , including camera and computer The fridge has an exterior cold water outlet.
This adult only property offers the choice of 4 casitas with a common pool and beautiful gardens. There are 2 individual casitas (#1 & #2) with a separate bedroom, air conditioning and their own courtyard and 2 studio-style casitas (#3 & #4) on a second story with terrace and ocean view. The pool has jacuzzi jets with ample seating to visit while enjoying your favorite beverage. A great place to hang out, relax and enjoy life!
You will have full access to our beach property directly across the road. This gives you beach access, the use of loungers, eating areas, bar refrigerator, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and a 14 ft couch. A great place to hang out, enjoy new friends and the fantastic warm pacific ocean and the never ending breeze.

Wonderful beach

We were very satisfied with our Casita. Beach was awesome, nothing like it. Hosts were great providing lots of extras, trips to town suppers, access to both pools. Great conversations with hosts and ther guests.We would stay here again for sure. Ken and Luisa are hosts that treat their guests like family.
