Wir (Familie mit 1 Kind) waren eine Woche im Oktober in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist toll. Es sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Wasser, das Haus steht in einer kleinen Siedlung. Im Hauseingang sind insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stockwerk. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist mittlerweile teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt leider keine Stellfläche für Selbstkocher und deren Lebensmittel, da alle Schränke gefüllt sind. Es ist ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, die Schlafräume ebenfalls. Etwas schwierig ist der Ein- und Ausstieg in die Dusche, da man recht eng an der Toilette vorbeiklettern muss. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend für uns drei gewesen. Wir waren eh viel draußen unterwegs und haben die Gegend genossen. Das einzige Manko an der Wohnung ist der Geruch. Im Keller des Hauses, also an der Decke des Kellerflurs ist eine riesige Schimmelstelle. Diese riecht so stark, dass man es jedes Mal riecht, wenn man die Tür der Wohnung geöffnet hat oder durch die Haustür wieder zurückkam. Trotz offen Flurfenster verflog der Geruch leider nicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar schimmelfrei, aber der Geruch aus dem Keller zieht durchs ganze Haus. Fazit: wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, würden aber aufgrund des Schimmelbefalls im Haus nicht mehr in dieser Wohnung Urlaub machen.

Es war richtig schön. Nur 100m vom Traumstrand entfernt. Sehr gepflegte Gegend, ruhige Lage ohne Straßenlärm! Moderne, bedarfsgerechte wohnung. Bad ist etwas überholungsbedürftig aber sauber und funktional. Tolles Obergeschoß und Balkon! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen in einem sehr ruhigen Gebiet mit Reetdachhäusern und vielen Bäumen. Man ist in kurzer Zeit über den Deich am Strand. Fahrradverleih ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hätten noch zwei Personen mehr mit Platz gehabt. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist riesig. Die Schlüsselübergabe beim Check-In war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

falsche Angaben von Fewo zur Schlüsselübergabe

Der Aufenthalt selbst war weitgehend angenehm in dieser netten strandnahen Wohnung am Ortsrand von Zingst. Getrübt wurde das Ganze durch ein sehr umständliches Ein- und Auschecken. So sollte zusätzlich zur Buchung noch ein Mietvertrag unterschrieben werden und zur Anreise sollten dieser und die Zahlungsbelege im Original mitgebracht werden. Als ob dies nicht alles digital ersichtlich wäre. Einen Tag vor der Anreise wollte der Vermieter noch mal angerufen werden, um die genaue Ankunft abzusprechenn (als ob man die Verkehrslage vorhersehen könnte). Fewo hingegen schrieb uns, wir könnten den Schlüssel in der Strandstaße 22 bei der Agentur abholen. Das gefiel uns besser. Nur es gab dort keine Agentur und niemanden, der uns weiterhelfen konnte. Glücklicherweise war der Vermieter telefonisch erreichbar und sagte, bei unserer Wohnung würde jemand auf uns warten, um den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Als wir dort ankamen, war dort niemand. Nach weiteren Telefonaten wurden wir erstmal, nicht gerade freundlich, darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nach 18 Uhr sowieso 25,- Euro Strafe zahlen müssten (es war 17.50 Uhr), um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel im Safe liegt. Es hätte also ganz einfach sein können. Lieber Vermieter, wir haben die Wohnung gemietet, um uns zu erholen. Die unnötige Bürokratie und die Falschinformationen zur Schlüsselübergabe haben uns belastet. Da Sie selber gleich Strafen androhen, sollten Sie vielleicht auch über Entschädigungen nachdenken.

Doppelte Erholung

Durch die Strandnähe am nicht überfüllten Strand und das gemütliche Wohnen inmitten eines alten Baumbestandes und unmittelbar angrenzend an den Naturpark konnte man optimal entspannen.Zingst ist ein sehr gepflegter Ort mit vielen schönen Läden, der für Jung und Alt viel zu bieten hat.
