Claras Strandhuus - the cozy and natural holiday home in Zingst welcomes you!

They are very quiet and yet very close to the pretty promenade and within walking distance to the beach.

This new house is extremely tastefully decorated and equipped with many amenities. The bright and modern interior, combined with exclusive design pieces, makes your stay a real pleasure.

Up to 6 people can spend a relaxing holiday in three bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (ground floor, 1 floor). OG with floor heating) ensure that everyone has enough privacy. The entire ground floor is heated by underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker. A Miele washing machine and a Miele dryer can be used free of charge in the housekeeping area.

Other highlights include Sky TV, free Wi-Fi and a selection of books and games for all ages.

Optionally, a linen package for 15,00 EUR per person to be booked. It includes linen and towels.

Sehr saubere, gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Sauna und den Kamin haben wir zum Jahreswechsel sehr genossen. Zudem ein sehr lieber Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, schnell und super freundlich.Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es gab alles, was wir uns für unseren Aufenthalt wünschten. Der Kamin ist sooo schön :). Die Lage, zwischen Bodden und Strand direkt an der Fußgängerzone ist unschlagbar.Wir hatten vier wunderbare Tage im Strandhuus.

gelungener Urlaub an der Ostsee

Gut ausgestattetes, schickes Ferienhaus auf 3 Etagen. Problemloser Check in. Parkplatz nebenan. Gute Kommunikation mit Besitzerin. Wir hatten ein kleines technisches Problem, das wurde sofort nach Kontaktaufnahme behoben. Bäckerei und Edeka fußläufig, in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Bollerwagen durften wir uns ausborgen. Alle Zimmer haben Fliegengitter, Bücher und Spielzeug vorhanden. Insges. sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Einfach nur wundervoll, alles hat gestimmt und war gut erklärt. Schönes Haus, sehr ruhig aber nur 5 Minuten von der Strandstraße entfernt, wo es gleich einen Bäcker gibt. Sauna auch top. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und die Vermieterin nur sehr empfehlen, herausragende Kommunikation.

Dieses Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann und sorgt für einen Wohlfühlort an dem man einen schönen Urlaub erleben kann. Die Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, schlicht und angenehm. Der Kontakt und die Organisation der Vermieterin war spitze.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral zu Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Frühstücksbäcker usw. Auch der Strand ist relativ schnell zu erreichen

Alles perfekt. Was man braucht ist alles schon da, ob Bollerwagen, Kaffeefilter, Kinderspiele oder Spülmaschinentabs. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Gemütliche Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung, super Lage, Kinder- und Familienfreundlich. Das hat uns sehr gefallen und unsere Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Ein perfekter Ort

Wenn man mit 2 oder mehr Personen Zingst besucht, ist das Haus eine perfekte Wahl. Großzügige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Sitzecke mit Kamin, wenn es abends mal etwas kühler wird, eine Terrasse nach hinten, auf der man nicht nur gut frühstücken, abends auch mal nett Fisch grillen kann. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Bäcker, Fisch, Lebensmittel). Den Strand erreicht man in 10 min. Zur Info liegt ein sehr detaillierter Ordner aus, der beim ersten Besuch sehr hilfreich ist. Rundherum eine dicke Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Wir haben hier 2 Wochen unseren Urlaub verbracht und ihn sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben (bis auf etwas bequemere Gartenliegen) nichts vermisst. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es schön ruhig. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Fragen wurden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Erholung pur in bester Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön und entspricht den Bildern. Es ist ideal für eine Familie, wie auch für Freunde. Man hat genügend Platz und viel Komfort. Es fehlt an nichts und man kann sich ganz auf seine Erholung und den Urlaub konzentrieren. Die Lage ist ideal für Kinder, denn man hat es nicht weit zu einem der schönsten Strände der Insel. Alles im allem kann ich Claras Strandhuus nur empfehlen!
