The 69 m² end-of-row townhouse spans two levels

On the first level, the living area—featuring a seating area, TV, DVD player, and a dining table for four—invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher.
A guest restroom and a separate entryway with a coat closet are also located on the first floor.
From the living room, you can access the furnished terrace.

On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
One bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200), and the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds.

Children under 3 years of age may stay free of charge upon request.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that is available daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.



The vacation park is situated on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly located at the edge of the forest.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large lawn.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging points (max. 22 kW), in the outdoor parking lot of the vacation park.
