The Sommerwiese apartment building, newly built in 2021, offers a total of four holiday apartments and is ideal for relaxing days in a quiet location.

The holiday apartment, located on the ground floor on the right, features a south-facing terrace and an adjoining garden. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue are available on your terrace, allowing you to end your vacation day with a good glass of wine.

Your parking space and a lockable bicycle storage area are also available outside.
The spacious living and dining area features a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, perfect for cooking together.
Books and board games are also available in the living area for a sociable evening.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed (180 cm x 200 cm) for a restful sleep.
The bathroom with a shower features a built-in radio and underfloor heating.

After a long bike ride or walk, you can find wonderful relaxation for your muscles in the infrared cabin. It quickly provides cozy warmth.

The apartment is equipped with insect screens.
