Optimale Lage zum Einkauf und Restaurantbesuch.

Ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Wichtig, dass Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden sind. Das Bad im OG sollte in absehbarer Zeit renoviert werden.
