Comfortable vacation apartment in Zingst, 50 meters from the beach, with a terrace and a view of the garden -

Completed in 2014, this holiday rental is located in a quiet area between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.

This holiday rental, which features a west-facing terrace, is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 50 m², and is wheelchair-accessible.
The amenities leave nothing to be desired. It has been lovingly decorated in a maritime style.

With a living room featuring an open kitchen, it offers plenty of space for everyone.

The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—accommodating up to 4 people.

It is equipped with all modern amenities (satellite TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi).

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) and a laundromat, each available for a fee.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive holiday apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, and just a few metres from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfil every wish—from solo travellers to family holidays, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry room (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
