The light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful and well-maintained residential complex. It has three rooms with large windows equipped with insect screens. The tastefully decorated living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining area, TV, and stereo, invites you to unwind after a day at the beach. A selection of games and entertaining books is available for rainy days.

From the living room, you can access your private terrace in the garden, which overlooks the greenery and is furnished with wooden garden furniture.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a three-door wardrobe, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

An additional room with a single bed (90cm x 200cm) provides extra space and further emphasizes the apartment's spacious feel.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils, allowing you to enjoy relaxing days and be self-sufficient if you wish.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, large mirror, hairdryer, and plenty of storage space for your toiletries.
