Kavelweg 15 "Haus Jenny" - comfortable semi-detached house

  • This comfortable semi-detached home, built in 2017, is located in a quiet yet central area, approximately 200 metres from the beach, and accommodates 6 people.
    The house is furnished to a high standard throughout. A spacious living room with a dining area features an LED TV, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchen. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and TVs, while one bedroom has two single beds.
    Both bathrooms have a shower; one bathroom also features a bathtub.

    The garden is equipped with patio furniture and a beach umbrella.
    There are also 2 parking spaces and a tool shed.
    This is a non-smoking home! The pedestrian zone, with many shops and restaurants, is about 100 metres away.



    There is currently a construction site on the neighbouring property!!!! As of February 2026


    Please bring your own bed linens and towels (these can also be rented).

    Keys will be handed over at the Zingster Zimmerbörse between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
