The apartments are located in a quiet location in the seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the upper floor of an electrical company (no noise pollution), the town center and the numerous shops, restaurants and cafes are only about 7 minutes. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. A large children's playground and the Bernsteintherme with large sea water swimming area and a beach sauna are nearby.
