Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and 2 sleeping facilities. Sep. WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
