You will feel comfortable in our sunny 3-room apartment with a view over Zinnowitz. We have placed great emphasis on comfort and maritime comfort. The apartment with 2 large separate bedrooms, living area and bathroom has satellite TV, radio with CD, WLAN stick, kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven.
A garage parking space belongs to the apartment. Bicycle storage rooms and the possibility of using the barbecue area are part of the system. Bicycle and beach chair rentals can be found right next to the house. Restaurants and shops are nearby. It is a leisurely stroll to the pier and the beach - you can leave your car in the garage. Then off to Zinnowitz and relax.

Schöne, aber dreckige Wohnung
Die Wohnung an sich und die Umgebung war schön - Nähe zum Wasser war super! Leider haben wir uns nicht wohlfühlen können, da anscheinend keine Endreinigung stattgefunden hat (überall Sand, klebriger Boden, Bartstoppeln im Bad, Pizza in der Mikrowelle..)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der schönen Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt- man erreicht alles zu Fuß und kann das Auto in der Garage stehen lassen. Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

Der erste Blick war trügerisch
Leider bestätige sich nicht der erste Eindruck der Wohnung. Kleine Beispiele: Besonders der Balkon war von uraltem Vogelkot verdreckt, die Sanitäranlagen unsauber. Die Wohnung war zusammenfassend ungenügend gereinigt, die Wäsche vom Wäschepaket war echt eine Zumutung. Für die Endreinigung müssen vom Gast 65 € gezahlt werden, welche Leistungen jedoch dafür erbracht werden, war leider nicht zu erkennen.

schöne FeWo in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage.Check in /Out durch den Schlüselsafe perfekt.einziger Wermutstropfen war das Vogelnest auf dem Giebelbalken und dadurch ein ständig vollgeschissener Balkon.

Nette Ferienwohnung
Der Leuchtturm ist eine gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß im Geschehen und in 8 Minuten am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die 3 Zimmerwohnung ist sauber und es ist fast alles vorhanden. Die Dusche könnte etwas sauberer sein und der Geschirrspüler funktioniert auch nicht ganz so gut. Wir haben dann einfach per Hand abgwaschen. An sich war es eine wirklich gute Unterkunft, welche ich weiterempfehlen würde

Tolle Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist der Strand zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Gepflegte Ferienwohnung. :-)

Herr Krebs , der für alles zuständig war, ist immer gleich erreichbar gewesen und hat ein kleines Problem gleich gelöst. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles gut erreichbar ( einkaufen , Strand ) Vielen Dank , kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
