The non-smoking holiday apartment for 2 people + extra bed is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's property in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village. Access is via a separate external staircase. The beach is approx. 900 metres away and the train station is a 5-minute walk. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, guest bed to add), a bedroom (double bed), an open-plan kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is centrally heated. Internet access via WLAN is available (1 EUR/day or 5 EUR/week). There is a furnished balcony, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car park. In addition, a simple bicycle can be used free of charge. The total price includes: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning. Bed linen and towels.



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz with its wide sandy beach is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school as well as tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool make for a varied holiday. Spa programmes take place in summer. The village has a pier with a diving bell and cycle paths. The property is located in the new residential area behind the railway station.
