You live in the apartment Gerbera on the ground floor of the residence "Isabella" in a quiet location in Zinnowitz. The beach is only about 400 meters away. and to the center about 700m. The apartment is 66 square meters and is equipped with rustic furniture. It offers a total of four beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200). The second bedroom has two single beds. In the living / dining room you will find a fully equipped kitchen. The floors are tiled throughout. The apartment has its own parking space and a bicycle storage facility right outside the front door. You can enjoy the small property on the terrace. The equipment of the apartment Gerbera leaves nothing to be desired. These include free WiFi, LED TV, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt
Die Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten hat einwandfrei gekappt, vielen Dank dafür.
Die Vermieter antworten sehr schnell und geben nette Tips wo man was findet.
In der Wohnung haben wir nichts vermisst, und alles war sauber und ordentlich.
Der Strand, die Promenade sowie die schöne kleine Stadt, sind alle fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Wir können den Aufenthalt nur weiter empfehlen. Glg

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir verlebten 9 schöne Tage mit den Enkelinnen. FeWo tiptop in Ordnung. Küche super ausgestattet.Sehr ruhig gelegen. Kleine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. FeWo-Mobelar im ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kurzer Waldweg zum Strand. Zum schnellen kleinen Einkauf zu Fuß etwas lang und bergig. Aber dazu ist das Auto da und man erledigt gleich einen größeren Einkauf. Kurz: es hat uns allen gefallen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt.
Ein kleiner Hinweis: einige Türen quietschen und brauchen mal etwas Pflege. Aber das ist wirklich marginal und schmälert nicht die positive Gesamtbewertung

Super Ferienwohnung
Ich war sehr überrascht wie schön die Ferienwohnung war, das Foto gibt es nicht wieder, hier sollte man nachbessern, die Wohnung liegt gut, ist gut zu erreichen und ruhig gelegen, bitte einen Fön hinlegen, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Familienurlaub
Die Fewo hat eine angenehme ruhige Lage, von der aus man durch ein kleines Waldstück in ca. 7 Min. am Strand sein kann.
Insektenschutz war überall vorhanden, als auch eine Waschmaschine, von der wir zuvor nichts wussten und genug Kleidung eingepackt hatten.
Wäscheständer und Klammern gab es auch.
Die Küche war super ausgestattet.

Vermieter antwortet schnell auf Anfragen, Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Das Objekt entsprach den Angaben. Durch den Wald kommt man schnell zum Strand und ins Zentrum.

Gutes Urlaubsdomizil
Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist gut eingerichtet und zweckmäßig möbliert. Der vierte Terrassenstuhl hat gefehlt, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir kurzfristig nur zu dritt statt wie angekündigt zu viert angereist sind. Schade, dass die Waschmaschine nicht angeschlossen war. Stand zwar auch nicht im Inserat, aber wenn sie schon im (sehr kleinen) Bad steht und Platz wegnimmt, könnte man sie auch die Gästen zur Verfügung stellen, finde ich. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, wir sind des öfteren von anderen Mitbewohnern oder bellenden Hunden geweckt worden. Und wenn alle Parkplätze in Benutzung sind, kommt man mit dem Strandbuggy kaum noch zur Tür rein oder raus. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können/müssen direkt vor der Haustür angeschlossen werden, was eigentlich eine gute Idee ist, aber leider auch komplett den Zugang zu den unteren Wohnungen verstellt. Ein zusätzlicher Abstellraum oder mehr Platz auf dem Hof dafür wäre notwendig. Abgesehen davon war es ein schöner Urlaub in Zinnowitz und man kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schade ist gewesen, dass in der Ferienwohnung kein Handyempfang war. Es fehlte ein Tiefkühlfach
Lage und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr war für zwölf Personen vorhanden - dafür haben wir etwas Stauraum für Lebensmittel vermisst. Das WLAN war nicht immer zuverlässig.

Urlaub in Zinnowitz :-)
Die Reservierung und Abwicklung lief problemlos. Von Seiten fewo-direkt.de wären weitere Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wünschenswert.
Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe im Safe klappte reibunglos.
Die Wohnung als Solches entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Besonders positiv muss man hervorheben, dass die Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche, sehr umfangreich war (z.B. nicht nur ein 6'er Service oder eine Handvoll Gläser).
Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und durch den benachbarten Wald ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind jeden Abend sozusagen "nach Hause" gekommen.

Ostsee zum Genießen
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Enkelkindern die erste August-Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht.
In der geräumigen Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Kinder haben ihr eigenes Zimmer und können sich auch mal zurückziehen. Die Küche ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und man kann in den nahe gelegenen Supermärkten alles kaufen, was für eine Selbstversorgung nötig ist. Ein großer Aufenthsaltsbereich und die Terrasse machen diese Wohnung komplett.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

erholsamer Urlaub
Sehr schöne FeWo. Tolle Terrasse, ruhig gelegen. Einziger Negativpunkt war die Dusche. Hier muss dringend was gemacht werden. Nach jedem Duschen schwimmt das Bad.
Aber ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub. Kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll ausgestattet und der Strand nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. Nach dem Defekt der Kaffeemaschine haben wir innerhalb von 2h eine Antwort und am nächsten Tag eine nagelneue Kaffeemaschine vom Objektbetreuer erhalten. Das ist Service. Vielen Dank dafür.
