The owners were amazing. The overall experience was so unique and fun definitely coming back again. It was so refreshing. Our family really connected during our stay.
We absolutely loved our time on the Grand Ranch! The small house was perfect and cozy! We loved the "cow window" in the kitchen. The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The location was great as an in between for Bryce and Zion. All of the animals were friendly. Overall, it's a great spot for families or couples alike! We would come again in a heartbeat! Thank you!
We had a quick stop off at the Grand Ranch on our way up north and my family did not want to leave. Booking and communication with Brandon was eassy preasy! The farmhouse was clean, comfortable and beyond cute. Our kids loved being around all the animals, jumping on the trampoline and the rope swing. We watched the sun setting in the hot tub then it was a short drive into town for pizza.
The beds were comfortable and the shower great, we had everything we needed! We’ll definitely be back.
From when we booked the place till right before was the excitement from the kids on the “Cow House”. The property did not disappoint and exceeded expectations!!! Owners were very friendly and made sure we all had a great time. My wife says they are Utah’s Chip and Joanna Gaines.
Perfect location to enjoy Utah’s scenery. Then when you get back watch the sunset and enjoy all of the friendly animals.
We will be back and are excited to see the property expand over their 10 year plan ;)
Awesome place cows come right up to your window, fun atmosphere cozy loft type home. The only thing I would have to say that could be better is for the amount you pay if you’re only staying one night is a later check out or the possibility for a later check out 10 AM is really early. It would’ve been nice to check out at noon. other than that awesome place great location cows are really nice and friendly. Definitely going to go back with my girlfriend. She loved it there.
Such an amazing place to stay! Totally worth it! Be sure to visit Kanarra Falls - reservations required. It is less than 10 minutes away from the property- it is a smaller, less crowded version of The Narrows. This property was decorated so nicely and had all the little touches. I have older teens and they loved all the animals. The trampoline was a nice surprise. We only stayed 1 night due to time crunch between visiting national parks. One night was enough but it would have been really nice to relax there another night. It is best to pick up food before arriving since there isn’t much right around there. This is an unforgettable stay!
Bob and I stayed again in this lovely farmhouse rental… this visit on the other side! Another wonderful space! Decor was exceptional and homey, mini cows make good friends. Brandon and Hollie are so gracious to share their dream-land …close to shopping and a lot of outdoor activities!
Property is beautiful with added benefits if you’re an animal lover. The cows greeted us daily upon returning from Zion for the night. Location to amenities in Cedar City is a plus and if you’re in no hurry to get to Zion for the day take the scenic by-way (Utah interstate 14) and come in the parks east entrance. Cleanliness and amenities are second to none, we truly enjoyed our stay.
A very cozy nice place to stay. Everything said on the listing is what it is. Very friendly and easy to communicate with the owners. Wife loved the visits from the cows and other animals. Close to north entrance of Zion.
Overall, a great time. All I really wanted more of was seating that wasn’t a bar stool or chair around the fire. The couch in the living quarters was not conducive to a sit down meal with my family either.
I loved that there was a guitar to play and we had fun with that! The load of sourdough left for us in the room was amazing and also completely unexpected!
Feeding the cows right from the window was exactly why my wife wanted to go and she got her wish. The donkeys, chickens, pigs and goats were all an added bonus for her!
Great job, guys. You have a wonderful set up there!
