"Check in was easy staff were nice and helpful. Room was ok upon arrival, how ever we left for dinner and came back to a horrible stinky/musty smell. After trying unsuccessfully to find where is was coming from we opened the windows to air the room out which did help. sometime in the night my husband got up to use the bathroom and found that the smell was coming from under the toilet because the wax ring was not not set correctly and every time we used it, it was leaking sewer gasse's into the room. Next morning we notified the front desk staff and because they were fully booked they were not able to move us to.a different toom but said maintenance would get it fixed. Fortunately we had plan to be gone most of the day so it was fine by us as long as it got fixed. Maintenance thought screwing the bolts down tighter would fix the issue which it did not. After talking with the manager we were able to be moved to a new room which had become available. Overall the stay was good just a little inconvenienced but the hotel ended up doing right by us."

"We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, and breakfast was included in the price and was very good as well. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Our child especially loved the pool! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again."

"This is an ideal location near the nice part of downtown with a super clean room and close to convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars while still be very quiet and secure. This is the only place I will stay when going through Boise."
