Amazing house with private pool and beautiful view

Wonderful residence on the golf course, within the Residencial & Golf Zirandaro.

A nice and quiet development with controlled access (24hour security). Perfect for an unforgettable trip to San Miguel de Allende, where you can enjoy a private heated pool(heat pump) and spectacular sunsets.
It is located only 4km from the center of SMA and near the La Luciérnaga shopping center (supermarkets , department stores, beauty salon, theaters, cafes ,etc.

Casa Luna is equipped to comfortably accomodate 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms each with a private full bath(1 bedroom is on the ground floor).
Additionally, there is an utility room on the RoofTop.

TV Room is on the second floor and has a view of the golf course.

Living room, dining room and kitchen all have a view of the pool and golf course.

The roof top is partially enclosed and has beautiful scenic views in all directions.

The house has solar panels, parking, alarm and surveillance system.
