"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a real difference in our experience. As a constructive point for improvement, the only area that could benefit from some attention is the front desk service. We had to complete the check-in process twice and received conflicting information regarding payment conditions. Additionally, we experienced recurring issues with our room keys over five days, which required us to return to the front desk daily for assistance. There were also some inconsistencies with bathroom amenities. Improving coordination and service at the front desk would further elevate an already excellent hotel experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team f"
